Royal Siam Money Back Guarantee
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to all online retail purchases directly from Royal Siam – we will issue a full refund, less shipping, on returned products, used or unused, post-marked within 30 days of the initial delivery date and accompanied with a RMA number. To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and process a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number along with the reason for return. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an issued RMA number. We will not refund any returned orders without an issued RMA number. All return requests must be made by email.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Product containers must be returned in order for us to process a refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded/trackable delivery service when shipping the items. Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Customer will be responsible for any service charges/fees that may be assessed by the credit card or banking institution. Reorders and wholesale orders are non-refundable. If multiple orders for the same item(s) exist in one household, only the first order may qualify for a refund if within the 30 day time frame. The 30 day period will begin 2 weeks after the order date to allow for shipping. There are no exceptions unless otherwise stated by a Royal Siam.
If your order was received damaged or defective, please email us for an exchange. All of our policies, including the money back guarantee, apply only to purchases made directly online with Royal Siam.
